aprilfools' gurls nyt out

last nyt, after several days of planning and one day postponement, we had our gurls bonding.. :)

we planned on going to ate anne's haus(since she's alone there) and cook and have dinner :) early that afternoon, we planned on what to cook, and what will be our food and drinks...

at 630, no, twas actually past 7pm, me, ate anne, te di, and te cle went to ayala to meet mona...we did our grocery and went to ate anne's house ryt after.

our menu:
sinigang na baboy
chicken adobo
mixed veggies
fruit salad

mona is incharge for the sinigang since that is her specialty, me for the adobo, me and ate anne for the veggies since we are the one craving for it(which means, it was not really included in the original menu :D ), te cle and te di for the fruit salad..





side story:
on the way to mabolo, the taxi driver is so funny...FC sya :D eheheheh..

upon arriving at te anne's place, we were so excited to cook..plus the fact that twas kinda late...so we went directly to the kitchen and started cooking...

i started marinading the chicken, chopped some garlic for the sinigang and adobo, have some pictures, then started cooking...when done with the adobo, we started cooking the veggies...we forgot to buy broth cubes from the grocery so we ended up using the seasoning from an instant noodles..tsk tsk tsk...using our creative side..ahaha....

while waiting for the other food to finish :D

i was afraid they will not like the adobo coz i wasnt that satisfied with the taste while i was cooking it... and the veggies...ehehe...twas not overcooked for i almost burnt it...ehehe...i sauteed the veggies, add the seasoning and was suppose to let it simmer for some time...i was so engrossed doing the threadmill and talking to te di and te cle that i realized i was still cooking. :D

nyways, it turned ok...or at least they liked it...we had our dinner over charmed and some chika...it was really a nice and fun time with them....we had pictures again..ahah...




the sinigang was so delicious...i just love sinigang..and of course my very own chicken and veggies..ahaha..love ur own ;) but, we saved some space for the fruit salad!!! ehehe...with lots and lots of banana...ehehe... :D but it was so great...the food was so delicious...

we truly had fun cooking, aws sorry...we truly had fun planning, doing the grocery, cooking, talking, taking pictures and chatting :D

ehehe...we sent mms pictures of food to neil..ehehe..pasuya lang...

sorry guys...we'll cook for the whole fools next time..ehehe.. :) twas an all gurls bonding :D

me and te cle, slept over at te anne's house...we are so full the even after mona and te di left, the three of us are still sitting, texting and watching tv...we still wanted to eat but are so full...ehehe.. :) after almost an hour, we started cleaning the table and decided not to eat coz we are still full...even after talking, after threadmill and all...

we had milk, before going to bed...turned out the lights and lied down...

and then we remembered...we forgot to do one thing...pictures!!!! ehehe....we suddenly feel so awake, get up, turned on the lights and had some pic...ehehe.. :)
